STORY SHAPING:
BUSINESS CHANGE:
EPIC INNOVATION:
Use wisdom from ancient stories to create something new & successful
PERSONALITY MANAGEMENT:
Recognize archetypes in the office
Imagine a situation in which a dynamic, quickly growing company may be experiencing some growing pains.
They’ve gone from a small, personality-based corporate structure in which the team knows each other very well to a much larger team where the company’s founders see unfamiliar faces in the office on a regular basis. This transition can happen very quickly when a company is successful right out of the gate and is adding new team members in large numbers. In a case like this, it is very easy for the executive office to miss the shift in corporate culture that is happening under their feet. To them, it may still feel like the same company that it was when the entire team could fit into a conference room. However, the story for those newly-added employees can be very different. A team such as this would be in for a shock if they commissioned a survey of the company, in which case they would learn that the perception of the culture from the bottom is likely very different from what they had assumed it was. This is one example of a time in which Allison’s work can provide tremendous value. She is an expert at pulling together those varying threads of perceived culture and teaching the company, from the executive suite down, how to operate out of the same “mythic system.”
“Using mythic tradition, I help organizations understand their own unique narrative so that they can amplify the story they wish to grow into for the benefit of their customers, employees and shareholders.”

PEOPLE ARE TALKING
SHE’S STRONG AND GUTSY
Allison really gets at the core of the importance of our underlying beliefs. She presents a thoughtful prescriptive way for people to integrate the principles of depth psychology and mythology in order to enrich their personal experience in life, whether that be professionally or personally.
I think that her special gift is being able to talk about the creative spirit which may be lost on a more corporate crowd. Allison is incredibly well read and committed to the research that she needs to do behind the things she says. So whatever she says is very well founded, well researched.
Allison is somebody who lives what she preaches, and understands the process that that takes and the things that are necessary to understand yourself in order to be creative. Allison is not only somebody who tells you how to do it, she is also somebody who does it.
She’s strong and gutsy and sometimes fearless. She has often been my strength when I couldn’t be.

A DEEPER SENSE OF MEANING & PURPOSE IN LIFE.
She allows you to view your life on another level. And you become aware of the ways in which even though our modern world seems so different from the ancient world, that humans are humans, and you feel connected to others through the ages.
You get another lens of viewing your problems and the ways that you might consider solving them, and seeing other people, too, as they live out their stories. You can sometimes see the patterns that develop in people in the ways that they interact with each other and things make sense on another level.
Allison genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives. When you work with Allison, you get a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life.

ALLISON KNOWS WHAT SHE’S TALKING ABOUT IN A FIELD WHERE A LOT OF PEOPLE DON’T.
She is not shy about really pushing the work further. Every time I talk with her, she is definitely on point. She has some new slant on something, and it’s really fun.
She has a graceful, fluid way of handling people and working with people. She’s insanely knowledgeable and an amazing storyteller.
